Conditions and Restrictions (C,C and R) and it's amendments contain
information regarding use restrictions of your property. Please refer
to them for specific information regarding use restrictions. In the
meantime, upon your request and soon to be made available for download
the board can provide you with a detailed summary of the basic
Architectural Control Committee guidelines. Keep in mind that changes
to your property must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee
before the change is made. The downloadable request for change form
